BUILD A NICHE STORE EXPERIMENT
I first heard about BANS-build a niche store, a couple of years ago while reading a post on one of my fav make money online blogs. The stuff they were saying about BANS just seemed too good to be true. I heard things like the software makes it easy for people without any technical background to spit out real websites that make money almost instantly. Some people were even boasting $10,000 a month earnings from build a niche software. I just knew it had to be bullsh*t because many bloggers make money via affiliate programs and will say or do anything to convince some poor desparte beginner that whatever they're pushing this week is a magic moeny making pill just so they can earn commissions.
Two, almost three years later the truth about BANS has been filtered out through all of the amateur mmo blogger hype...which is that it was and is NOT a money scam. People who used build a niche store and built websites centered around a good niche actually made money. How much money they varied. From what I've found, the average mmo beginner made somewhere around $230-$400 a month using BANS. Some people made that amount of money in a week, fewer people in a single day. Everyone reported fluctuations in their daily, weekly, and monthly earnings. One thing to keep in mind is that the number of BANS stores created could be a factor in how much or how little these BANS beginners made. More does not necessarily mean better, and it certainly doesn't mean more money either unless your talking about winning bids. Having hundreds of "thin" websites worked well until G caught on, and G does not like that at all. What happens when a financial phenomenon like builda niche store comes along is that it flys under the radar for a while and games the system, then the system begins to recognize that somethings different and makes adjustments accordingly.
Those "adjustments" involved loads of build a nich stores getting deindexed from the SERPS which is really really bad if you want to keep making money online. It's kind of like having a beautiful business, nice building, nice products great location that suddenly becomes invisible to customers. Kind of like that. The reason that this happened is obvious, G is a search engine and therefore must provide useful, relevant information for people who are searching for it. How frustrating is it when you really want to find out about something and all that turns up on page 1 of google is filabuster or someone trying to sell you some completely unrelated crap. That's the way G views a thin bans site or ANY website with minimal content for that matter. Many call this the google slap, the deindexing of a website.
If a site provides nothing for the customer but a commercial does that site really deserve to be the first thing the world sees when they search that term?
I don't think so.
Which is why I'm going to do a BUILD A NICHE STORE EXPERIMENT right here on mmo for beginners. I'm going to do this because I believe that you can make money with build a niche stores in 2010. The formula for making money with these bans stores is still good, you just have to provide more valuable content for your traffic. It doesn't have to be earth shattering. It doesn't have to be eloquent either. It just has to keep from getting labeled thin by big G. Lessons on how to avoid building a thin website will be coming at you soon here on mmo beginners.
How money is made from BANS remains the same but the software has been updated to a bans version 3. The longevity of the build a niche site company really says a lot about how they continue to stay in the make money online business. Scams don't hang around this long folks. Three years in the mmo niche equals veteran status. I think that they've realized that they have to provide their customer base with up to date ways to rank well in google so that they will have success making money with BANS. I'm really excited to begin my build a niche store experiment this year in 2010 to see if I can make a full time income using this product. I'm going to purchase build a niche store and the build a niche store blue print within the next week and get a good start on building a few money making websites with decent content, links, and the whole nine yards. I will also be posting my progress with my build a niche store experiment regularly on this mmo blog for beginners. If you folks have any questions, comments or other BANS related experience let me know! I'd love to hear from you.
